Cazcabel Blanco -£3.30

Fashioned from blue weber agave from the heart of the Jalisco region. Fresh, crisp and with a rustic hit of earthy agave, truly one to be sipped and savoured.

Tapatio Blanco -£3.60

​Produced at La Alteña in the Highlands of Jalisco. A surge of white pepper and spices, clove and cinnamon, followed by tea and citrus

Tequila 8 Blanco - £4.00

Harvested in Rancho La Rivera close to the Lerma River, which empties into Lake Chapala. Full, ripe Agave with slight citrus and marzipan accents

Calle 23 Blanco - £4.20

From the Los Altos region of Jalisco Double-distilled in copper pot-stills to retain the true agave character Sharp green apples, softer notes of pear

Jimador Añejo - £4.30

Reposado hand-harvested with 100% matured blue agave aged for a year in oak to maintain the taste of agave as well as adding rich woody notes. Smooth, woody and soaked with vanilla and brown spice flavours.

Tapatio Añejo -£5.20

Produced by La Altena distillery, home of master distiller Carlos Camarena. Notes of black pepper, cinnamon, clove and cream

Herradura Añejo - £5.90

Produced in the tiny village of Amitan, a stone's throw from the town of Tequila. This is a blend of modern and traditional distilling techniques Intense aroma of spice, toasted oak and nutty notes with a smooth cooked agave and dried fruit palate

Mezcals


Los Cuerudos Joven - £4.20

Made with agave Espadin in Las Margaritas, San Pedro Totolapam, Oaxaca. This mezcal is traditionally produced and tastes earthy, with notes of dark fruit and smoke.

Meteoro - £5.60

Named after the legend of a small meteor making a little crater in Oaxaca and a local Mezcalero using it as an earthen pit oven to cook his agave hearts It’s a bold Espadin that has some bright fruity notes and a bit of smoke.

Quiquiriqui - £5.85

Produced in the village of Santiago Matatlan, famed for its long history of Mezcal production. It has a smooth taste with distinct roasted agave flavours and a peppery finish

Bruxo No.2 - £5.85

The roasted maguey heart is infused in the spirit, Less smoky than most mezcals, this has notes of chocolate and spice.
